Registration is conducted under the authorization of CSA Montréal , an officially designated examination center for TEF Canada and TEF Québec (TEFAQ).

Our institution is duly authorized by CSA Montréal to recruit and process candidate registrations in accordance with official examination regulations.

CSA Montreal – Exam Policies

1. Payment & Seat Confirmation

Full payment is required to secure your exam registration.
Your seat is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

2. Confirmation Email

After payment is received, you will receive an official confirmation email with your exam schedule and exam-day instructions.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Once payment is made:

  • Up to 7 calendar days before the exam: cancellation or date change is allowed. A 40 CAD fee per test will be deducted from any refund.
  • Less than 7 calendar days before the exam: no cancellation, no refund, and no date change.
  • Medical exception: date change only with a valid medical note. No refund.

4. Personal Information & ID

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration details exactly match your passport or official ID.
A valid passport or government-issued photo ID must be presented on exam day.

5. 20-Day Re-registration Rule

You must wait at least 20 calendar days (including weekends and holidays) before retaking the same TEF exam, regardless of the test center.
Registrations made before this period will be automatically canceled.

6. Arrival & Absence

You must arrive at least 30 minutes before the exam start time.
Arrival more than 30 minutes after the official start time will be recorded as Absent, with no refund or rescheduling.
